
Holly's Rocky Road

This one is sure to impress everyone from your grandma to your niece & nephew.
Ingredients
A handful of Slivered Almonds (any nuts will do)
1/2 packet of Raspberry Lollies
A packet of Mini Marshmallows
6 blocks of Cadbury Milk Chocolate (the more the merrier trust me)
Method
Line a rectangle baking tin with baking paper.
Cut raspberries in half.
Mix all the bits together in a large bowl (as much or as little as you like.)
Melt a block of chocolate (I do it the cheats way in the microwave but you can do it on the stove.)
Add chocolate to bowl and mix through.
Pour into the lined baking tin and then continue melting and adding chocolate on top until it is flat.
Pop in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Cut and serve before it melts.
